Silver Threads, Ltd. is a collaboration between three women who share an avid interest in needlearts and traveling. We got together one summer evening and discussed ways in which we could combine our favorite hobbies. We finally came up with a way to stitch and travel: Silver Threads, Ltd. Needlework School & Market was born! We travel around the U.S. sponsoring consumer needlework shows. All of our events are open to the public. Linda Jones, our School Director, selects a curriculum that spans a broad range of needlework techniques. Our Market Director, Paige Todd, invites a wide variety of vendors to participate in each of our shows. Our Event Director is April Boone, who spends her time choosing the wonderful cities Silver Threads travels to next.

Our goal for these exciting events is to provide our "sister stitchers" an opportunity to learn many needleart techniques from terrific teachers and to shop among some of the world's finest needleart suppliers (and to have loads of fun too!!). We also want to pass on the fine art of needlework to future generations, thereby preserving a cherished and beautiful form of art.
